Saracen Casino Resort is a casino in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, United States. The first purpose-built casino in Arkansas, it is owned by the Quapaw Nation, and named for Saracen, a Quapaw chief in the 1800s.
Saracen Casino Annex is located Pine Bluff, Arkansas, adjacent to the Saracen Q Store, formerly the site of Southern Edge Truck Stop, and across the street from the 80,000 sq ft casino Saracen Casino Resort, the Saracen Casino Resort will be open from 9AM to 2AM. The attached 13-floor, 300-room hotel will be open in Phase II of development.
This region was once home to the Quapaw Nation. Our presence here is a homecoming, so it’s important to us that the city of Pine Bluff and Jefferson County thrive. The annex is open 7 days a week, from 9AM to 2AM, and features 300 slot machines, a sports betting kiosk and a full-service sports bar/lounge and, of course, the Q Store complete with fuel pumps, quick eats, hot and cold beverages and more.
Saracen Casino Resort is the Quapaw Nation’s third casino, adding to its flagship property, the Downstream Casino Resort and its Quapaw Casino, both located in Quapaw, Oklahoma.
In addition to the 300-room hotel, the $350 million Saracen Casino Resort will include conference and banquet centers, an entertainment venue, and several restaurants, as well as a safety/fire and EMS facility, daycare, and child learning center.

The Saracen Casino Resort, located in Pine Bluff, AR, is scheduled to open in 2020 The gaming resort will include 2,000 slot machines and 50 table games on its 80,000-square-foot gaming floor. The first phase of construction - the Saracen Casino Annex is currently open and features 300 slot machines.The resort will also include an entertainment venue alongside a 300-room luxury hotel with restaurants and lounges, a spa, conference center, a museum and cultural center, as well as a learning center, daycare, a health clinic, and safety/fire and on site emergency medical services facilities to help ensure guests' and employees' well-being. This phase is scheduled to open December 2020.
